My van was in not very good shape to drive, I looked at the dealership they wanted sell me new transmission. I around and found AAMCO, I was skeptical because this can be very costly. Today my van runs GREAT! THANX AAMCO. Owner calls to follow up on repairs.......WHO DOSE THAT NOWDAYS? HE DID!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
Gerald was honest and thorough. He explained the car issue in a precise manner so that we could completely understand it and explained possible causes. Both he and Scott made us feel welcomed and appreciated as customers. I highly recommend this place of business.
The front desk in this shop is amazing. We took our 23 Honda Pilot for transmission fluid change. The SUV is driving smoother than it did before ..I like that they keep you informed as the work goes on with your vehicle..no unexpected cost you get an electronic update and phone calls. Check them out.
Gerald, the service writer, was an absolute professional. Courteous and polite and HONEST! The problem was fixed properly as well as a few minor fixes that they did for me as a courtesy for free. I would absolutely give these guys a try if you are looking for up front, honest service as well as "beyond the call" fixes to any of your automotive needs. They have gotten a customer for life from me. And here I thought "customer service" was a lost art. Not at the AAMCO on Constance road in Suffolk.
